CHRISTMAS CRANBERRY SALAD image

2 cups raw ground cranberries
3/4 cups sugar
3 cups mini marshmallows
2 cups diced apples
1/2 cup pecans
1 cup Cool Whip

Steps:

  • Stir together cranberries, sugar, and marshmallows in a large bowl. Let sit overnight in refrigerator. Next day, add apples and pecans, and fold in the Cool Whip.
