The original recipe for these delightful cookies called for raisins. Since we aren't raisin fans, I added dried cranberries instead. The results? Incredible! -Theresa Smith of Rome, Georgia

These cookies were a hit! They were soft and chewy, with the perfect amount of sweetness. The cranberries and apples added a nice tartness that balanced out the sweetness of the oats. I will definitely be making these again!
