Creamy White Tea and Peach Smoothie image

Blend up this creamy, refreshing smoothie to start your morning right or as the perfect reward for a busy active day.

1 ½ cups chilled, brewed white tea
2 cups frozen sliced peaches or mango
1 cup Nordica 1% or Fat Free Cottage Cheese
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice

Steps:

  • Combine tea, peaches, cottage cheese, honey and lime juice in a blender. Blend on high speed for 2 minutes or until very smooth. (Adjust sweetness to taste.) Serve immediately.

This smoothie was not good. The white tea flavor was too strong and the peach flavor was not very noticeable.

This smoothie was okay. I wasn't a huge fan of the white tea flavor. I think I would have liked it better if I had used green tea instead.
