Crisp Onions image

Use this recipe to garnish our Caramelized Onion Dip.

5 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 small onion, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • Heat oil in a medium skillet over high heat until hot. Fry onion slices in small batches until crisp, about 1 minute. Drain on paper towels.
