I'm not sure if I would make this shake again. It's not bad, but it's not my favorite.

Overall, I thought this date shake was just okay. It wasn't as flavorful as I expected and the texture was a bit gritty.

I had some trouble getting the dates to blend smoothly. I ended up having to strain the shake through a fine-mesh sieve.

This shake is a bit too sweet for my taste. I would recommend using less dates or adding some tart fruit, like berries, to balance out the sweetness.

I substituted almond milk for regular milk and it was still delicious. This shake is a great way to get your daily dose of fruits and nuts.

I'm not a big fan of dates, but I really enjoyed this shake. The sweetness of the dates was perfectly balanced by the creaminess of the milk and the crunchiness of the nuts.
