Dill Potato Wedges image

these are a delicious new way to use up potatoes.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 pkg (20 oz) refrigerated red potato wedges (i used fresh potatoes so you can use either)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp snipped fresh dill or 1/4 tsp. dill weed

Steps:

  • 1. In a large skillet, cook the potato wedges, salt and pepper in oil over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or till golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  • 2. Remove from heat; stir in cheese and dill.
