Down On The Farm Breakfast image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 lb bacon, cooked crisp
2 can(s) new potatoes
2 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, diced
18 eggs, beaten
1 c milk
1 Tbsp garlic powder
hot sauce to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Cook bacon and reserve grease.
  • 2. Drain potatoes and slice not more than 1/4 in thick.
  • 3. Brown potatoes in reserved bacon grease.
  • 4. Add onions and green peppers.
  • 5. Beat eggs and add milk.
  • 6. Break cooked bacon into small chunks and add to mixture.
  • 7. Add garlic powder and hot sauce to taste.
  • 8. Add to potatoes and onions.
  • 9. Stir often until set.
