Dried Fig, Goat Cheese and Arugula Salad image

Another tasty looking recipe that I found on a supermarket circular. The combination of figs and goat is such a pleasure, I'm looking forward to trying this. When I finally get around to making this, will probably look for some ways to reduce the oil in the dressing.

The salad was missing something. I think it would have been better with some added nuts or seeds.

The dressing was a bit too oily for my liking. I would have preferred a lighter dressing.

This salad was a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I would have preferred it with less dried figs.

I'm not a big fan of goat cheese, but I really enjoyed it in this salad. The sweetness of the figs and the bitterness of the arugula balanced out the tanginess of the cheese perfectly.

This salad is a great way to use up leftover dried figs. I had a bag of them sitting in my pantry, and I'm so glad I found this recipe.

I added some chopped walnuts to the salad for extra crunch. It was a great addition.

The dressing was amazing! I used a store-bought balsamic vinaigrette, but I think next time I'll try making my own.

This salad was a delightful mix of flavors and textures. The dried figs added a natural sweetness, while the goat cheese provided a tangy creaminess. The arugula added a peppery bite, and the balsamic vinaigrette tied it all together perfectly.
