I'm allergic to corn. Is there a way to make this recipe without cornmeal?

This recipe looks really good, but it's a bit too high in calories for me. I'll have to find a healthier version of it.

This dish was easy to make and turned out great! The chicken was moist and flavorful, and the sauce was creamy and cheesy. I would definitely make this again.

This chicken tamale pie was a hit with my family! The flavors were well-balanced and the dish was hearty and satisfying. I especially liked the addition of the cornbread topping, which added a nice crunch and sweetness to the pie.
