Steps:
- 1. Cook macaroni as directed on package. Drain.
- 2. Add macaroni and all other ingredients, except cheese (if using), into a large saucepan. Heat through & simmer for 20 mins, stirring occasionally.
- 3. Serve in bowls with cheese sprinkled on top, if using.
