- 1. Arrange potatoes evenly in the bottom of the dish.
- 2. Sprinkle with cheese, ham, and green onion.
- 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
- 4. Pour egg mixture over potato mixture in dish.
- 5. Bake at 350 45-55 min.
