Our neighbor's lawn mower broke down and we mowed her grass a couple of times. She brought this tart over as a thank you and it was really good! She even attached a recipe card to the bottom of the pan:) She said this won first prize in a contest on a local news station in 2010. Enjoy!

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 400.
- 2. Place crust in pie pan. Combine all ingredients except sugar. Spoon mix into the crust. Fold edges over the fruit, pleating so crust lies flat. Sprinkle sugar over crust.
- 3. Bake 15 minutes at 400. Reduce temperature to 350 and bake for 40-45 minutes until bubbly and crust is golden brown.
