Fillings for the mini cream puffs image

These take a little time but well worth it. They also make a very pretty presentation. I enjoy them and hope you do also.

Number Of Ingredients 20

CHICKEN FILLING
2 c chopped chicken
1/4 c chopped celery
2 Tbsp chopped pimento
2 Tbsp dry white wine --optional
1/4 c mayonaise
1/2 tsp salt and dash pepper
fill cream puffs and enjoy
SHRIMP FILLING
2 can(s) (4 1/2 oz )baby shrimp drained
2 hard boiled eggs
4 Tbsp finely chopped celery and/or chestnuts
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp chopped green onion
add enough mayonaise to moisten
HAM FILLING
3 (4 1/oz) can(s) deviled ham
3/4 tsp chopped onion
1 Tbsp horseradish, salt and pepper
combine and mix with enough sour cream to moisten

Steps:

  • 1. Chicken filling Fill small cream puffs and use as hor d'oeuvre's
  • 2. Shrimp filling Fill small cream puffs also and use for hor d'oeuvre's
  • 3. Ham filling Combine and mix with enough sour cream to moisten fill cream puffs
