I've made this dish several times and it's always a crowd-pleaser. It's a great way to showcase seasonal pears.

I made this with goat cheese instead of gorgonzola and it was still delicious. I think this recipe would be versatile with different types of cheese.

This was a bit too sweet for my taste, but I think it would be perfect for someone who likes sweeter appetizers.

I'm not a big fan of pears, but I actually really enjoyed this dish. The gorgonzola and honey balanced out the sweetness of the pears perfectly.

This was a great way to use up some leftover pears. The honey and walnuts added a nice sweetness and crunch. I will definitely be making this again.
