FROZEN PEACH YOGURT
Steps:
- Combine peaches, egg white, sugar and vanilla in large mixing bowl. Beat at high speed until light and almost doubled in volume (about 5 minutes). Fold in yogurt. Turn into a container, cover and freeze. Let soften ½ hour at room temperature before serving. Makes 4 servings.
