Number Of Ingredients 9

(Crust)
1/2 lb. Butter
1/2 lb. Shortening
1 lb. Cream Cheese
4 C. All Purpose Flour
(Filing)
2 lb. Dried Apricots boiled to soft & blended
(Frostng)
1 lb. Confectiones Sugar & Water to heavt consistency

Steps:

  • Blend Butter, Shortening, Cream Cheese & Flour together like pie crust. Boil Apricots to soft blend together in food processor to thick consistency add a little of the cooking water as need. Roll out th dough cut with a 3 in. biscuit cutter. Fill each circle with apprximately 2 tsp. apricot filling fold in half & seal with a fork. Bake 350 oven 15 minutes or until brown frost while hot.
