Steps:
- Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, ginger, honey, vinegar and poppy seeds in small bowl; whisk to blend. Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper. (Dressing can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)
- Combine all fruit in large bowl. Add dressing and toss to coat. Refrigerate until cold, about 1 hour. Serve chilled.
