Steps:
- 1. Peel and dice sweet potaoes and par boil. Drain and set aside. 2. Slowly brown diced onion and crushed garlic in a large pot with some oil. 3. To this pot, add zucchini, sweet potatoes, chickpeas, and beans. Stir over low heat. 4. Add sauces & curry powder and stir well. 5. Place vegetable mix in a casserole or pie dish and cover with mashed potatoes. drizzle butter over mash and sprinkle with salt and pepper. 6. Crisp up pie in a preheated oven (200 degrees celcius) or under a grill cooker until browned.
