- Marinade beef in first five ingredients for 2 hrs covered in fridge. Heat oil in wok stir fry veggies until tender-crisp---remove and set asside Drain beef and stir for 2-3 min. Add cornstarch to marinade and mix well Add marinade mixture and veggies to beef until warm and sauce begins to thicken slightly Serve over rice with sesame seeds as garnish
