Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425* Place 10" cast iron pan into the oven while it is preheating. Place flour and salt in med bowl. Cut in the butter and goat cheese. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, adding an extra tablespoon if needed. Remove the hot skillet from the oven and place a tablespoon of butter into the pan. When the butter has melted, drop (1/4 c) scoopfuls of batter into the pan. Brush the tops with melted butter. Bake 14-16 min, until browned on top and bottom. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated cheese. Enjoy warm!
