Good Old Gingersnaps image

I've been baking since I was a teenager and these were the first cookies I ever made. Favorites to this day! Just so you know; it's better to add the ginger to taste. I like to add extra myself.

Just made these gingersnaps and they turned out great! They're so easy to make and they taste just like the ones my grandma used to make. I will definitely be making these again.

These gingersnaps are the perfect holiday cookie! They're crispy and chewy, with a delicious spicy flavor. I love that they're not too sweet, so you can really taste the ginger. I'll definitely be making these again next year!
