A family favorite recipe from my childhood. Served over mashed potatoes with a side of green beans just like mama used to make.

These meatballs are a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables. I always add some chopped carrots and celery to the meatballs and my kids love them.

I've made these meatballs with different types of rice and they are always good. I've used white rice, brown rice, and even wild rice. They are all good.

I made these meatballs with ground turkey instead of beef and they were still very good. I will definitely be making them again with turkey.

These meatballs were a bit too dry for my taste. I think I will add some more liquid next time.
