Greek No-Filo Cheese Pie (Tiropitta Horis Filo) image

I've taken this directly from a Greek cookbook that I purchased whilst on holiday in Crete. The author is Myrsini Lambraki, we love this as a light pie served with salad and its very easy to make.

The pie was a bit dry. I think I would add some more milk or yogurt to the filling next time.

This pie was a bit too salty for my taste. I think I'll use less feta cheese next time.

This recipe was easy to follow and the pie turned out great. I used a store-bought pie crust to save time, and it still tasted delicious.

I'm not a huge fan of Greek food, but this cheese pie was surprisingly good. The phyllo dough was flaky and crispy, and the filling was creamy and flavorful.

This Greek cheese pie was a delight! The flavors and textures were perfectly balanced, and the pie had a beautiful golden crust. I especially loved the addition of feta cheese, which gave the pie a tangy and salty flavor.
