Transfer to a serving bowl., Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir until tender. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes. Drizzle over beans.
