Grilled Onion Hash Browns image

This is a great hash brown recipe for the grill. This recipe came from a cooking show on the Canada Food Network called "Licence to Grill". I would cut down on the spices somewhat as I found the hash browns a little too spicey for my liking but these are the ingredients the chef used.

These hash browns were a bit too crispy for my taste. I think I would cook them for a shorter amount of time next time.

I'm not a big fan of onions, but I really enjoyed these hash browns. The onions were caramelized and sweet, and they added a great flavor to the potatoes.

The grilled onions were a nice touch, but overall I found these hash browns to be a bit bland. I think they could use some more seasoning.

These hash browns were a bit too greasy for my taste. I think I would drain the potatoes more thoroughly next time.

I followed the recipe exactly and the hash browns were delicious! The only thing I would change is to add a little more salt and pepper to taste.
