I tried this recipe and it was a complete disaster. The gyros were burnt and the tzatziki sauce was curdled.

This was the worst gyro I have ever had. The meat was tough and the tzatziki sauce was flavorless.

The tzatziki sauce was too thin. I should have used less yogurt.

The gyros were a bit dry. I think I should have cooked them for a shorter amount of time.

This recipe was a bit too spicy for me. Next time I will use less chili powder.
