I'm a vegetarian, so I substituted tofu for the chicken. It was still really good!

This Hawaiian chicken curry was a hit with my family! The chicken was tender and juicy, and the curry sauce was flavorful and creamy. I especially loved the addition of pineapple and coconut milk, which gave the dish a unique and tropical flavor.
