Hawaiian Teriyaki Marinade image

This is a true taste of Hawaii! I got this recipe from an island boy when I lived there. This marinade always takes me back to the islands. Enjoy!

Number Of Ingredients 8

2/3 c soy sauce
1/4 c vegetable oil
5 clove chopped fresh garlic
2 tsp msg
2 tsp chopped fresh ginger
2 tsp dry mustard
3 Tbsp brown sugar
3 chopped scallions

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into an airtight zip-lock bag over desired meat. Marinate for at least 3 hours. This is excellent with pork tenderloin, chicken or beef. It makes THE BEST teriyaki chicken wings for the big game.
