Steps:
- 1. Pour pear juice into a saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat; stir in gelatin until dissolved. Set aside to cool to room temperature.
- 2. Puree pears in a blender;set aside. Blend cream cheese and lemon juice until light and fluffy; mix in pears, and set aside.
- 3. Prepare whipped topping according to package directions;fold into pear mixture. Add cooled gelatin; pour into 8x8 baking pan, chill overnight. Garnish with whipped topping and lime slices, if desired.
