Steps:
- In small bowl mix soy, lemon, sage, salt & pepper. Put chicken in lge shallow baking dish & pour soy & spices over chicken. Marinate for minimum 1 hour in fridge turning chicken once or twice. Lightly dredge chicken pieces in flour & brown in frying pan. Transfer chicken to lge shallow baking dish, skin side up. Pour boiling water in side of dish. Add onion & marinade sauce. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Enjoy!
