Jack Daniels Chicken image

This is so yummy and simple! You just have to plan ahead as cook time is 2.5 hours! Note that you can use less than 40 oz of chicken and you can use wings, drumsticks, thighs, etc. I would recommend smaller pieces with bone in and skin on for juiciness and taste though.

3/4 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup Jack Daniels Whiskey
40 ounces chicken pieces, with bones and skin

Steps:

  • mix first three ingredients in a 9X13 glass baking dish or similar.
  • add chicken.
  • bake for 2.5 hours at 350, turning over every 30 minutes.
