I'm not a big fan of mocktails, but this one is actually pretty good. It's refreshing and flavorful, and it doesn't taste like it's missing anything. I would definitely recommend this recipe to anyone looking for a non-alcoholic mint julep.

I made this mock mint julep for my Derby party, and it was a hit! Everyone loved it. It's a great alternative to the traditional mint julep, and it's perfect for people who don't drink alcohol. I will definitely be making this again.
