I made this recipe with gluten-free pasta and it was just as good as the regular version. I also added a bit of lemon zest to the sauce for extra flavor.

I'm a vegetarian, so I substituted tofu for the chicken. It turned out great! The tofu absorbed the flavor of the sauce really well.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover chicken or shrimp. I added some grilled chicken to the sauce and it was delicious. I also added a bit of red pepper flakes for a little spice.

This recipe was a disaster! The sauce curdled and the fettuccine was overcooked. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong.

I followed the recipe exactly and the sauce turned out too thin. I had to add more cornstarch to thicken it up. Otherwise, the flavor was good.

This recipe was a bit too tangy for my taste. I think I would have preferred it with less lemon juice. Otherwise, it was a good recipe and the chives added a nice flavor.

I'm not a huge fan of lemon-based sauces, but I was pleasantly surprised by this recipe. The sauce was light and refreshing, and the chives added a nice touch of flavor. I would definitely make this again.
