2 -3 garlic cloves, pressed (or more)
1/4 cup flour
1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
1/3 cup sour cream (or plain yogurt)

I'm not a fan of Greek yogurt, but I couldn't taste it at all in this sauce.

This sauce was a bit too bland for my taste. I had to add some extra garlic and Parmesan cheese to give it more flavor.

I'm not a huge fan of Alfredo sauce, but this lightened-up version is actually really good! It's not too heavy or greasy, and the Greek yogurt gives it a nice tang.

This light Alfredo sauce is a game-changer! It's so creamy and flavorful, yet it's much lighter than traditional Alfredo sauce. I love that it uses Greek yogurt instead of heavy cream, which makes it a healthier option. I served it over linguine, and
