This dressing is a bit too oily for my taste. I would have preferred a lighter dressing.

I'm not a big fan of balsamic vinegar, but this dressing was surprisingly good. The sweetness of the honey balanced out the tartness of the vinegar.

This light balsamic vinaigrette is a staple in my kitchen! It's so easy to make and adds a delicious flavor to any salad. I love that it's not too heavy, so it doesn't weigh down the salad.
