LIME JELLO SALAD
This was something that my Mother made on holidays. It's light and refreshing and very easy. Its a recipe that has been around forever, it seems.

Steps:
- 1. In a medium bowl, mix the cottage cheese and the lime jello (dry).
- 2. Add the drained, crushed pineapple and nuts.
- 3. Fold in the whipped topping.
- 4. Pour into your favorite serving dish and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
