Low-Calorie Banana Bread image

i found this recipe on this website, and i wanted to know how it would turn out...i haven't tried it yet, but this recipe looks too good to be true. it says on the website that if you'd like, you can double the bananas and cut the sugar in half.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 mashed banana
1 tablespoon of melted butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup Splenda granular
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 large egg
2 tablespoons skim milk
3/4 cup flour

Steps:

  • spray the loaf pans with pam or a non-stick cooking spray.
  • mix the all the ingredients except the flour together in a bowl.
  • add the flour.
  • pour it into the pan.
  • bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes or so.
