Number Of Ingredients 6

~1 reduced-fat graham cracker crust
~1 box (0.3 oz) Lime Flavor Jello-O Sugar-Free Gelatin
~1/4 cup boiling water
~1 (8 oz) container fat-free whipped topping
~4 (6 oz) key lime pie flavor yogurts
~1 lime (sliced or curled zest) for garnish optional

Steps:

  • 1. In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin packets into the boiling water--use wire whisk to ensure gelatin is completely dissolved. 2. Stir in yogurt with wire whisk. 3. Fold in whipped topping with wooden spoon. 4. Spread in pie crust. 5. Garnish with lime slices or curled lime zest. 6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
