Steps:
- 1. Cook rice according to package directions: set aside. Coat a 9x11 inch casserole dish with cooking spray. Layer corn chips on the bottom of the dish. Then pour rice over the chips.
- 2. Add a layer of tamales over the rice. Pour the chili over the tamales. Add another layer of corn chips.
- 3. Bake casserole for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Take casserole out of the oven and sprinkle cheese on tip; the cook for another 5 minutes
