I like to make this smooth, creamy soup when company comes to visit. Its zippy flavor is full of southwestern flair. My family enjoys dipping slices of homemade bread in this chowder to soak up every bite! -Susan Garoutte, Georgetown, Texas

This soup was a little too spicy for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. The chicken was tender and the corn was sweet.

I thought this soup was just okay. The chicken was a little dry and the corn was a bit bland. The broth was also not very flavorful.
