- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Slice English muffins in half and toast in a toaster.
- Lay halved English muffins on the prepared baking sheet; spread 1 tablespoon pizza sauce on each. Sprinkle olives, mushrooms, tomato, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper onto muffins. Top with vegan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is warm and melty, about 10 minutes.
