2 cups scalded milk
1 tsp vanilla

Steps:

  • mix eggs, sugar, vanilla together. Add scalded milk. pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Cook at 400* for 8 to 10 minutes. Turn to 350* cook until knife comes out clean.
