I've never had pineapple cookies before, but these were amazing! I'll definitely be making them again.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my cookies turned out dry and crumbly. I'm not sure what went wrong.

These cookies are a bit too sweet for my taste, but my kids love them.

I'm not a big fan of molasses, but these cookies were surprisingly good. The pineapple flavor really mellowed out the molasses.

These cookies are a great way to use up leftover pineapple. They're also a nice change of pace from the traditional chocolate chip cookie.

These cookies are soft and chewy, with a perfect balance of sweetness from the molasses and tartness from the pineapple. They're a great addition to any cookie platter or holiday party!
