1 lb. graham crackers, crushed, about 2 extra packs for rolling
1 lb mini mallows
1 cup cream, or half half
1 lb dates,chopped fine
optional 8 oz candied cherries,chop fine

Steps:

  • 1. Pour cream over mallows, add chopped dates, and nuts,cherries and crumbs. Mix well.
  • 2. When thoroughly mixed, make into rolls of your choice and roll in extra crumbs, or mixture of crumbs and chop fine nuts.
  • 3. Wrap in foil or saran wrap and refrige over night. Slice to desired thickness next day and serve as desired.
