I followed the recipe exactly, but my jam didn't turn out as thick as I expected. I'm not sure what went wrong.

This olive jam is a bit too sweet for my taste. I might try reducing the amount of sugar next time.

This jam is a great way to use up leftover olives. It's also a nice change from traditional jams and jellies.

This olive jam is a delightful surprise! It's easy to make and has a wonderfully complex flavor. I love the combination of sweet and savory, and the olives add a nice briny touch. I served it with crackers and cheese, and it was a hit!
