Oma Reich's Maultaschen - Addicting German Stuffed Dumplings image

This is my great grandmothers recipe that has been passed down. She was from Grodtiz, Saxony, Germany. We love to freeze these dumplings, and serve them typically in a chicken broth.....We just love them!!

I've made maultaschen before, but this recipe is by far the best. The dumplings were light and fluffy, and the filling was incredibly flavorful.

The maultaschen were a bit bland for my taste. I would add more spices next time.

I'm not a big fan of German food, but these maultaschen were surprisingly good. I would definitely make them again.

The maultaschen were good, but I think I would have liked them better if I had used a different type of cheese.

The maultaschen were delicious, but I found the filling to be a bit dry. I would add more broth or sauce next time.
