I followed the recipe exactly and the chicken turned out dry and overcooked. I'm not sure what went wrong.

This is my new go-to recipe for fried chicken. It's so easy to make and it always turns out perfect. I love that I can bake it in the oven instead of frying it. It's healthier and just as delicious.

I was hesitant to try this recipe at first because I'm not a big fan of fried chicken. But I'm so glad I did! This chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. It's the perfect comfort food. I'll definitely be making this again.
