Paper Plane Cocktail image

The ideal aperitivo: simple to make, easy to drink. This equal parts drink brings together bourbon, amaro, Aperol, and lemon juice.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 1/2 ounces Amaro Nonino
1 1/2 ounces Aperol
1 1/2 ounces bourbon
1 1/2 ounces fresh lemon juice, strained

Steps:

  • Combine amaro, Aperol, bourbon, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake vigorously until outside of shaker is frosty, about 20 seconds. Strain into 2 coupe glasses.
