Parmesan Catfish Filets image

I have been cooking this dish of and on for about 20 years now. We like it a lot.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1/2 c parmesan grated cheese
2 large catfish filets
1 tsp butter
1 can(s) cooking spray

Steps:

  • 1. Wash catfish filets and then roll in parmesan cheese.
  • 2. Put fish in baking dish, sprayed with cooking spray.
  • 3. Put a half tsp butter on each fish.
  • 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
