I've never made tuiles before, but this recipe was so easy to follow. I'm definitely going to make them again.

These tuiles are a great make-ahead appetizer. I can make them a few days in advance and store them in an airtight container.

These tuiles are so versatile. I've used them as a garnish for soups and salads, and I've even crumbled them up and used them as a breadcrumb topping.

I've tried making these tuiles a few times, but they always come out too thick. What am I doing wrong?
